Also a definition of a touch screen is that Multi-touch is a method of input on a touch screen that allows two or more fingers to be used on the screen at one time. Multi-touch is something typically associated with capacitive touch screen displays rather than with more common resistive touch screen displays that picks up 1 touch at a time. Nice posting on the touch screens. You have a good introductory question that leads into some of your information. It would be nice to see more about what came before and what will be coming next.
